WHO AM I
My name is Nicholas Moschides and I matriculated from St John’s College, Johannesburg, in 2018; receiving nine distinctions. I graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BSc in Physics and Chemistry (Cum Laude) in 2022 and BSc Honours (Cum Laude) in Theoretical Physics in 2023 . I am currently reading for a MSc in Theoretical Physics.
My passion for teaching and tutoring others developed in grade 11 due to a leadership portfolio that I had to prepare. In my final two years of school, I began tutoring learners in all grades in the St John’s College boarding house, in which I resided. In 2019 I took a gap year solely aimed at tutoring and traveling.
My hope is that these courses will further students’ understanding of concepts in Maths and Physical Sciences. Having recently been a school pupil and now a university student, I have developed an understanding of what needs to be in place for effective learning for myself. This is why I have developed Simplified; to share this knowledge and skill with others.
